Orders & Delivery
Placing an order
You may place an order at The Little Haven in a number of ways - including PayPal, Shopify Payments, Laybuy (buy now pay later) and Direct Debit (Please note that you do not require a Paypal account to pay via Paypal). Our preferred method of accepting orders is via our secured online website. This method enables us to track, trace and confirm all communication for your order. When placing orders online, follow the prompts adding items into your shopping bag and ensure that you check your order upon checkout.
Amending an order
If you have confirmed your order and realise that you would like to amend your order, please email via the contact us page immediately and indicate CHANGE IN ORDER as your email subject. We will amend your order manually on our end and send you a confirmation email with the revision and payment advice.
Email us via the contact us page if you prefer not to place orders online. Please note that we will still need your personal information to complete the sales transaction including name, address, contact number, delivery address and preferred mode of payment. If you prefer us to call you to obtain these details, please indicate this in your email.
Cancellation of an order
Purchased items that have not yet been posted. Provided items are not yet posted at the time of notification, your cancellation will be duly processed and your money refunded. Notification is required immediately by emailing us via the contact us page and indicating CANCELLATION OF ORDER as your email subject. We will then confirmed receipt of this notification via email.
The Little Haven uses a combination of postal and courier services in order to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective way of receiving your order. We primarily use Australia Post for parcels up to 3 kgs and courier services for larger and bulkier items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however most orders will be dispatched within the next business day.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business day of payment being processed. Please allow 7-10 days for larger and bulkier items. Delays in postage may occur due to circumstances out of our control (see your tracking number for ETA).
We will always notify you or delays or challenges with your delivery due to stock availability. Please note that there are peak periods in the year that may cause minor delays for dispatch. At any point we will email and notify of the delay if any. We pride our attention to promptness and will always set to out to process orders as quickly as possible.
FREE SHIPPING Over for orders $55 Australia ONLY (excluding bulky items) OR local pickup by appointment only. We normally charge a flat delivery rate of $5.95 Australia wide for items under 5kg’s, excluding bulky items. For a free quote on shipping costs please email us via the contact us page your postcode and items you wish to purchase.
The Little Haven only ships to destinations within Australia at this time.
